This site is published by the Agence Béninoise pour le Développement du Tourisme (Bénin Tourisme), located at Immeuble Sainte Cécile, Rue Sylvère Alexandre R.7.15, Parcelle D, Lot 163, Quartier Gbèdomidji, Cotonou, Bénin.

In this document, "we" means the publisher and "you" anyone who browses the site or places an order.

The site lets you browse tourist sites, book tickets and passes for their activities, and buy products from the official shop.

No customer account is needed: you place an order by giving your details, and you find it again with the link sent by e-mail.

• Prices are shown in CFA francs (FCFA), all taxes included.
• The tickets and products in your cart are held for a limited time, displayed when you validate the order. After that the order expires and must be placed again.
• Payment is made online, with the methods offered at checkout (bank card, Mobile Money). It is handled by a payment provider: we do not keep your card numbers.
• The order is confirmed as soon as the payment is received. Tickets are then sent to the e-mail address you gave and are available on the order page as a PDF with a QR code to show at the entrance.
• Shop products are collected at the pickup point chosen when ordering.

For any request about an order (wrong date, ticket not received, refund), write to us with your order number. Change and refund conditions depend on the type of ticket and are shown with the offer.

If you are under 18, you must get a parent or guardian’s permission before ordering. You are responsible for how you use the site.

You agree not to:

• disrupt the operation of the site or its servers;
• bypass technical or security limits (for example by automating orders);
• break any applicable law while using the site;
• use other people’s information without their permission.

All content of the site (texts, photographs, videos, illustrations, the "Bénin" logo, slogans, software) is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights, except trademarks and content owned by partners or their authors.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification or publication, even partial, is forbidden without prior written permission, except where the law allows it.

Using the site gives you no right over this content.

We do our best to keep information (hours, prices, descriptions) accurate and up to date, without being able to guarantee it in every case. If you notice a mistake, please tell us.

The site may be interrupted for maintenance or in a case of force majeure. Content may change without notice.

The site may send you to third-party sites (for example the payment page of your bank or operator). We have no control over their content and are not responsible for it.

The publisher strives to provide quality information. To the extent allowed by law, it cannot be held liable for indirect damage caused by using the site or by its unavailability.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Benin. In case of dispute, and failing an amicable solution, the competent Beninese courts have sole jurisdiction.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the others remain in force. We may change these terms: the applicable version is the one published on this page on the date of your order.
