Choose a site, then the activity and fare you want, enter the visit date, add the ticket to your cart and place your order. No account is needed.

No. You give your name, e-mail and phone number when ordering. You then find your order again with the link sent by e-mail.

As soon as the payment is confirmed, your tickets are e-mailed to you and available on your order page as PDF files. Issuing them can take a few moments: the page updates by itself.

Your PDF ticket, printed or on your phone, with its QR code. Each visitor has their own ticket.

A pass is a single ticket giving access to several activities or sites at a good price. Its validity and the included activities are shown on its card.

Payment is made online by bank card or Mobile Money. The available methods are shown at checkout.

After you confirm, you get a confirmation request on your phone: approve it with your code. The order page updates as soon as the payment is received. If nothing arrives, wait a moment before trying again.

Your places and products are held for 15 minutes from the moment you place the order. A countdown is shown. After that the order expires and must be placed again.

Payment is handled by a payment provider. Your card numbers are entered with them: we never see or store them.

Open the confirmation e-mail we sent you: it contains your personal link. Keep it safe and do not share it, it gives access to your tickets.

Once an order is paid it cannot be changed online. Write to us with your order number: change and refund conditions depend on the type of ticket. Transaction fees are not refunded if the order is cancelled.

From your order page, once the payment is confirmed: you can download the receipt and, when it is issued, the invoice, or have the receipt sent by e-mail.

Products are collected at a pickup point, which you choose when you place the order.

Yes, one cart can hold tickets and products, for a single payment.
